B&C Consulting was founded 5 years ago on the belief that we can provide better value and recruiting services than any of our competitors, to our customers and job seekers. The philosophy behind this belief is simple, by taking the time to fully understand the needs and goals of our customers, we can provide them a tailor made solution to meet their objectives. . With a combined experience of over 20 years in sales and recruiting, we both realize that the success of our company depends on the strength of our relationships with our customers. Part of why we wanted to start this company was that we wanted to empower ourselves to really address the needs of our customers recruiting objectives and provide a level of service unmatched in the industry. The other reason is because we both really enjoy the whole process of building relationships with our customers. It is extremely rewarding to know that someone really trusts in your ability to get the job done. Below is a small bio on both of us.

Christian Cuendet

Christian attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and received his BS in Business and Public Administration-Marketing. His first job out of college was a technical recruiter with a national technical recruiting company. After his first recruiting job he pursued a career in sales working for a national medical supply company. Following 6 successful years in medical sales Christian felt he had the business foundation to follow his ultimate goal, to start a business. After many discussions a partnership with a very close friend Tom Boehm was forged and led to the creation of B&C Consulting, LLC. For the last 5 years Christian has been focusing on automotive engineering and manufacturing engineering recruiting as well as the growing field of biotechnology. In his free time he enjoys the multitude of home improvement projects and spending time with his wife and newborn daughter.

Tom Boehm

Tom Boehm graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a BA in Communication. After graduating from college Tom was offered a Staffing Specialist position with a major international recruiting company with a branch located in St. Louis, MO. After a year, Tom realized he loved recruiting but was looking for a new challenge. Tom seized an opportunity to be a Technical Recruiter within the Professional Services division located in Kansas City, MO. After being a Technical Recruiter for two years, Tom was promoted to Branch Manager. With over 7 years of successful technical recruiting and management experience, Tom realized it was time to start a new endeavor. In April 2003, with longtime friend Christian Cuendet they started B&C Consulting, LLC. As a native St. Louisan, Tom and his family enjoyed living in Kansas City although they were all extremely excited to move back home. For over the past 5 years at B&C Consulting, Tom has recruited heavily in the manufacturing engineering industry. In his free time, Tom enjoys playing golf but mostly spending time with his wife, daughter and son.
